Hallucinations

A few days ago I wrote about possibly having allergies. I was wrong. At least I think I was wrong. Yesterday my throat was really raw. Everything hurt. Last night I woke up around 1:30am because I could have sworn that somebody was calling my name. I decided to go to the bathroom. As I'm sitting there, pretty much asleep on the toilet, I hear "It's like Antarctica in here". It was like there was somebody standing there next to me. All of a sudden I realized that I was shivering and sweating. There were no open windows. I went back to bed and tried to fall asleep, but I couldn't because my throat was so dry and I was hot and freezing at the same time. Again, I hear "It's sooo cold. Turn on the heater." I look over to Ben & it wasn't him. It's like I was sort of awake walking around & dreaming at the same time. Was I talking out loud, or just listening to my thoughts? It was the weirdest thing. I took my temperature this morning. 101. That explains it.

Hey

Stumbled onto your blog thanks to Kiddo78... I'm kinda stumbling all over the place here, just started a blog myself, and well...

Anyway, on the topic of allergies - I have hay fever. No, not the nice "achoo-once-a-week" kind. The one that, as soon as one freaking tree releases one freaking seed, my face turns into a blowfish, my nose runs, my eyes are itching (and let's face it, they are eyes, no way of scratching them, is there?) and I'm hearing the ocean without having to press a sea shell to my ear... on top of that, I'm supposed to function in the real world while at it. I'm thinking a serious "no!" here...

Then again, I've never been allergic to anything in my life earlier on (I was that annoyingly healthy kid on the block, that people with Chicken or small pox could rub themselves all over, and I still wouldn't catch anything), but lately, I'm getting intollerant to all sort of stuff. Such as dairy. And here's a shocker, because I love yogurt. Now all I can have is the soya-kind, and let me tell if - if it doesn't come out of a cow, it's not yogurt!

Anyhow - get well soon, and drop by my page if you have the time... just don't leave any germs (or Germans) there. God knows what I might catch...! :)
