If you're a receptionist, and you work the front desk at a major mortgage company, and I come in with signed paperwork that says that I am borrowing lots & lots of money from the very same place that you work for, at least have the human decency to stop typing on your computer and actually look at me when I'm asking you a question. Is that too much to ask? Oh and when I ask for Terry and you say, "She's busy what do you need?" that's not very nice either.
