Kaiser Chiefs

I'm going to my 2nd Portland concert this Friday to see the Kaiser Chiefs. When I lived in California, mainly in L.A. and San Diego I went to a lot of concerts. But, I went to really huge shows at giant venues. I saw 311, Dave Matthews Band and Jack Johnson at pretty large concert halls. The cool thing about Portland is that there are a lot of small venues that have concerts. The Kaiser Chiefs are playing at a place called Berbati's Pan. I've never been there before, but apparently it's a restaurant/concert hall and seats 500 people. Awesome. Last winter I went to a tsunami relief concert. It was at The Roseland, which is also fairly small. There I saw Collin from the Decemberists followed by the Dandy Warhols, both Portland-based bands. I've never seen the Kaiser Chiefs, but I like their energy from what I've downloaded so far.
